Adam is a wonderful PT with many years of experience. He was very responsive to my needs and got me back in action in a very short time. The flexibility to meet in a facility or even in my own home was a big plus too. I highly recommend Adam.

Top notch physical therapy. Adam is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Very lucky to have found MovementX and Adam.

Kathleen, Oct 10

I received excellent care from Adam, easy to follow exercises & improved my “stuck” posture—as well as gaining movement and strength in my upper spine, which was desperately needed at that time. I’ve continued to keep MovementX in my pocket when I need their expertise!

Megan, Oct 31

Adam is personable, professional, and able to identify areas of concern and plans for treatment. Highly recommend!

Eric, Nov 17

Adam at MovementX was great at assessing my back pain triggers and developing a plan of stretching and strengthening exercises. I’m really happy I tried them out.

I had consistant lower back pain for several years. Finally I decided to see a physical therapist, I was fortunate to find Adam Reinecker who works with MovementX in Lake Oswego. After about 5 weeks my nerve pain has subsided and now we are able to work on strengthening. Highly recommend if you are having pain go to one session!
