Chris is a Veteran from the United States Marine Corps. He now serves his community outside the active duty service sector to help promote health and wellness. Chris believes everyone is capable of living long healthy lives through proper movement and exercise. He has been instructing/coaching individuals and groups for the past 8 years. From teaching active duty personnel how to effectively shoot rifle and pistols to instructing able bodies how to move well. Chris has worked with many diverse groups of individuals ranging from all age groups. He has much experience working with the older demographic facing the challenges of osteoporosis and arthritis. He is also proficient in the execution of olympic lifting, climbing specific strength and conditioning, corrective exercises, body composition, and athletic performance. Aside from personal training, he also teaches HIIT(high intensity interval training) classes throughout the week.
