Hannah Young is a certified personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and nutrition coach in Northern Virginia. As a graduate from Rutgers University where she studied neuroscience, cell biology, and psychology, Hannah is fascinated with the intersection of fitness and science, and is currently working toward applying to physical therapy school.
Hannah's style of personal training is largely focused on functional fitness, as she wants to help you move well so that you can live life to the fullest. Hannah emphasizes mobility and flexibility (she was a dancer growing up) and is privileged to work closely with MovementX physical therapists to help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. Hannah enjoys teaching people how to push themselves while also prioritizing recovery in order to stay injury-free.
In addition to specialized personal training services, Hannah also offers nutrition coaching in Northern Virginia geared toward education and forming sustainable habits through regular check-ins.
