About

After years of owning a CrossFit and working in Strength and Conditioning I realized I wanted to level up. I felt like the best way to do that was to go back to school and learn about the care and injury side. Acquiring my certificate of physical therapy assistant was the first step in developing a progressive program bringing movement and therapy together. Helping people understand how to find function first, then movement second has proven successful to help many people regain a healthy happy life. This is what drive me toward learning more everyday. This is what truly makes me happy.
