Kelsey is an orthopedic-focused physical therapist who is passionate about helping people move and live better. She has 5+ years of clinical experience and enjoys working with people of all activity levels. Her favorite aspect of being a mobile physical therapist is the ability to spend quality 1-on-1 time with patients, without the distractions of a busy clinic, in order to fully optimize clients’ health and wellness. Kelsey recognizes that the healthcare system can be difficult to navigate at times, so it is important to have providers that you can trust. Her goal is to instill confidence in each of her patients by actively listening and providing thorough education, so they feel empowered to take control of their own health and reach their goals.

Fun Facts

Kelsey enjoys being active any way possible, especially in the outdoors. In the summer you can find her hiking up mountains and in the winter you can find her snowboarding down those same mountains. She also enjoys strength training at her local gym, running, playing soccer, travelling to new places, cuddling with her 2 cats, and meeting new people.

I started working with Kelsey after suffering a severe and traumatic double injury ski accident (knee and elbow fractures). I tried 2 different physical therapist but they were not able to dedicate their time and attention during the sessions as they had multiple patients to care for during a short period. Kelsey is a professional, knowledgeable and a gifted Physical Therapist. She is always able to pinpoint the exact location to be worked on and strengthened. My pain level is getting better and my range of motion has made good progress. I still have to work on building strength with my home exercises, but she developed a personalized program that align with my goals of going back to running. She listens carefully and she also promptly revises any of my home exercises. Kelsey is attentive to you while you are doing your exercises to make sure that you are doing it correctly and it is encouraging throughout. She has helped me come this far and I am very thankful to continue to work with her!

I have been working with Kelsey for about 2 years now. She is a very knowledgeable PT and has helped me with a number of sports related injuries including, most recently, an ACL reconstruction. She works with her patients to understand what their goals are and delivers an individualized plan to achieve those goals. In addition to just her expertise in the field, she is very friendly and delivers a wholistic experience that is both enjoyable and productive. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to returning to my favorite sports soon! I would highly recommend Kelsey for anyone in the area looking for an experienced PT who genuinely cares about their patients.
