I started working with Kelsey after suffering a severe and traumatic double injury ski accident (knee and elbow fractures). I tried 2 different physical therapist but they were not able to dedicate their time and attention during the sessions as they had multiple patients to care for during a short period. Kelsey is a professional, knowledgeable and a gifted Physical Therapist. She is always able to pinpoint the exact location to be worked on and strengthened. My pain level is getting better and my range of motion has made good progress. I still have to work on building strength with my home exercises, but she developed a personalized program that align with my goals of going back to running. She listens carefully and she also promptly revises any of my home exercises. Kelsey is attentive to you while you are doing your exercises to make sure that you are doing it correctly and it is encouraging throughout. She has helped me come this far and I am very thankful to continue to work with her!

I have been working with Kelsey for about 2 years now. She is a very knowledgeable PT and has helped me with a number of sports related injuries including, most recently, an ACL reconstruction. She works with her patients to understand what their goals are and delivers an individualized plan to achieve those goals. In addition to just her expertise in the field, she is very friendly and delivers a wholistic experience that is both enjoyable and productive. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to returning to my favorite sports soon! I would highly recommend Kelsey for anyone in the area looking for an experienced PT who genuinely cares about their patients.

Kelsey is an A+ PT in all aspects. Knowledgeable about the body, full of tons of unique and helpful exercises to properly heal, strengthen, etc the area of focus, and able to connect the injury or area of focus to the real world. I appreciate her desire to improve the person she is working with and her ability to go beyond the exercises, injury, etc and understand the full scope of what her patient needs in order to improve their life!

Dr. Kelsey Peabody has an astonishing knowledge of exercise science. I’ve had numerous injuries over the years including my wrists, back, knees, and shoulders. It was recommended that I get surgery, but I wanted to try physical therapy first. Not only does Kelsey perform dry needling to help me recover faster between workouts but her rehab exercises have gotten me back to lifting over 100kg over my head again. She is always safe by getting tested often and wearing a mask at our sessions. She even does telehealth and virtual sessions when necessary. Kelsey provides amazing convenience by coming to me for our appointments versus me having to travel. I’d highly recommend Kelsey’ services.
