I was inspired to become a physical therapist after witnessing my grandmother's experience with PT after a knee replacement surgery. I saw her regain her independence and immediately knew that is what I wanted to provide for others. I tailor my treatments to each individual, taking into account their personal goals; whether that may be returning to a sport, walking without assistance, or playing with their grandchildren.

I specialize in manual therapy techniques (soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations and manipulation) to restore movement and optimal function. I am also certified in dry needling for trigger point release. Dry needling is an effective technique for improving range of motion, decreasing pain, and overall providing more efficient movement.
I am a dog mom of a handsome, cuddly rescue named Xander. I am a proud aunt of two adorable nephews who I love to spoil. I enjoy playing football, biking, and staying active.
