As a native Oregonian, staying active and living a healthy lifestyle is something that is important to me. Through my 14 years working as a Physical Therapist in the Tigard, Beaverton, and Portland regions, I have been lucky enough to help patients on their journey to restore function and maximize potential for long term success. I enjoy treating a variety of orthopedic conditions such as neck pain, low back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain. I also have extensive experience with rehabbing ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, running injuries, total knee replacement and foot/ankle surgeries.I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2002 with my Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science. Graduate school was completed at Pacific University where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008. My hobbies include mountain biking, weight training, hiking, and running. Most importantly I enjoy spending time traveling with my wife and two teenage children.

Initial Evaluation & Treatment Session:

• In Person: $185 (60 min)
• Virtual: $150 (45 min) or $185 (60 min)

TREATMENT SESSION BUNDLES:

• 4 full 60 min sessions for $700 (save 5%)
• 8 full 60 min sessions fo $1330 (save 10%)
• 12 full 60 min sessions for $1887 (save 15%)

Expanded Region Fee: If total round-trip drive time exceeds 60 minutes, a 50% fee is applied.
Cancellation Policy: Non-emergent cancellation under 24 hours notice or no-show will result in a $125 fee
