Adam Kays, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, SMT is a residency-trained physical therapist and current Fellow-in-training who specializes in treating general orthopedics, sports medicine, and complex spine cases. He approaches patient care with a heavy emphasis on movement-based analysis, manual therapy, and strength & conditioning. Adam strongly believes in empowering his patients through education and promoting exercise self-efficacy to improve his patients' confidence in returning to their regular fitness activities.
Adam spent several years growing practices for large physical therapy chains on the northside of Indianapolis and quickly developed a local reputiation for delivering high-quality outcomes. Patients often drove past several other PT clinics to see him, with some even driving well over an hour! However, after experiencing multiple episodes of burnout from increasing productivity demands, long work hours, and the inability to give his patients the care they deserved, he knew something had to change.
Adam joined MovementX in order to provide his patients with an unparalled experience: expert one-on-one care without the crowded clinic, transparant cost without insurance headaches, no use of rehab techs, and truly individualized treatment that allows for faster recovery, all within the comfort of your own home, office, or gym.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with friends and family doing the things he loves most: hiking, sand volleyball, rock climbing, and snowboarding!
