Heather is a personal trainer and nutrition coach who strives to make fitness fun and functional! She promotes strength training and a healthy diet as key components for a thriving life. For personal training, Heather's ideal clients include those who are new to strength training and want to build a solid foundation of movements with excellent form, those with minimal equipment access who want to get creative in their exercise routine, and individuals with years of strength training experience who crave climbing to the next level in their fitness goals. For nutrition, Heather promotes a flexible dieting approach, where no foods or food groups are off-limits and all foods can be enjoyed in moderation. Heather is skilled at working with adults who seek education about what foods to eat to fuel their goals, as well as adults who understand the nutrition their bodies require but who need a nudge of accountability. She advocates for macro tracking (protein, fat and carbs) but also understands there is no one-size-fits-all approach for nutrition.

Heather discovered her passion for fitness and nutrition through her own wellness journey. After a lifetime of inconsistency with exercise and floundering through fad diets, Heather decided it was time to turn wellness into a lifestyle. She successfully turned troubling bloodwork into healthy results, flipped breathless stair climbs into hiking mountains, and shed 80+ pounds along the way. She loves helping others navigate their own wellness journeys toward strength and healthy habits.

PRICING:

60 Minute Personal Training Sessions:

  • Single Session = $160 per session
  • 4 Pack = $155 per session
  • 8 Pack = $150 per session
  • 12 Pack = $145 per session

45 Minute Personal Training Sessions:

  • Single Session = $140 per session
  • 4 Pack = $135 per session
  • 8 Pack = $130 per session
  • 12 Pack = $125 per session

Small group training sessions are available, and the pricing base will remain the same with an additional $50 per additional person per session.

Nutrition Coaching:

Striving to lose body fat, build muscle, or you just want strategies for healthier eating? No detoxes, fat burners, gimmicks, or fad diets here! Just solid, sustainable nutrition for a healthy, fueled life. Our eating habits affect the way we move, feel, and live life. If you’re seeking a quick fix or a meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat every day, this is not for you. Those strategies are temporary and unsustainable.  Instead, I focus on giving clients the nutrition information and habit-building strategies to help you fuel your body in a healthy, sustainable way FOR LIFE!

  • Jump Start Session (1.5 hours) = $225
    You’ll share information with me about your nutrition goals, current habits and preferences, and we’ll meet virtually to discuss a custom nutrition approach for you.  You will get personalized calorie and macros recommendations, a resource packet with grocery shopping lists and tips, instructions on how to track food/macros (optional), and we’ll set weekly and monthly nutritional goals together. This is a great option for those who want personalized nutrition recommendations but don’t prefer ongoing coaching/accountability. 
  • Nutrition Coaching Packages:  Creating change in eating habits is difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone! Nutrition coaching packages include everything that is included with a Jump Start Session, plus ongoing weekly check-ins for accountability that can include food log reviews, updates and modifications to your nutrition strategy and goals, and the opportunity to ask questions as they arise. We’ll kick off your coaching time with a 1.5 hour virtual call, and weekly check-ins will be 30-minute virtual calls (with option to check in via email or phone, based on your preference). I will be your nutrition coach and cheerleader, helping you fuel your body properly to reach your goals.
    • 1 Month = $450
    • 3 Months = $1,250 (save $100)
    • 6 Months = $2,550 (save $150)
