About

Imani is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience. Her passion for helping people came at a young age. She was fortunate enough to be exposed to the world of PT early on and from day one she was hooked. Imani strongly feels that the application of movement combined with the fascinating human body is astonishing. She believes what it means to be a physical therapist goes beyond just the physical treatment. Therefore her approach to providing PT includes a one on one, multi joint, full body, evaluation and assessment; hands on treatment to address pain and dysfunction; ending with a comprehensive treatment plan with exercises and detailed education to assist with addressing your movement goals.

Imani understands that her clients’ ability to move is interconnected in every aspect of their life, which is why she believes it is important to provide PT services beyond the walls and restrictions of a clinic. She has always been in awe of the human body's ability to heal and adapt. Imani is thankful to have found a career that allows her to help people get back to moving well and living their best life.

Imani has been by my side through recovery after two hip surgeries and I couldn't have done it without her! She is great at balancing treatment and exercises for the best and fastes recovery, and she has helped me get back to running and lifting weights.

Imani is great! I appreciated her helping to teach my partner how to do some of the passive motion exercises for us to do them on days I don't have PT.

Imani is amazing! We have only had 3 sessions and my mobility has already improved. After each session I have noticed a difference in my recovery. The home sessions make it easier to schedule my appointments and be comfortable while completing my PT.

Imani has been excellent. As a PT that works with a primarily neurologic population, I needed help addressing some of my chronic postural and overuse issues with my neck and upper back that were making my professional life more challenging and my regular sporting activities gradually more painful. Imani was awesome at addressing my symptoms with manual therapy, dry needling and great progression of exercises that I can now continue on my own to keep these issues from coming back. And she made it fun! Thanks for all of your help Imani.

Imani takes her time to really listen to what is going on with a client, so she can provide individualized therapy within the context of the client's needs, wants, aspirations. She is thorough, thoughtful, and excellent at explaining her assessment of what's going on and how her recommended treatment plan will make a difference. She's also has a great, caring energy.
