Jessica Crowder is a physical therapist and fitness instructor in Orange County, CA. As a lifelong athlete with experience as a D1 NCAA collegiate soccer player, she understands the importance of health & wellness, fitness, nutrition, and recovery to succeed in sport in addition to achieving an overall healthy lifestyle. Her tenacious spirit to continue challenging her limits athletically eventually attracted her to the sport of CrossFit, where she further became engrossed in the MovementX motto of “Move Well. Live Well.” It was through the sport of CrossFit where she became passionate about the importance of achieving optimal functional movement, and inspired her career as a physical therapist. As a physical therapist, Jessica has been able to incorporate her love for sport & fitness with therapeutic interventions of rehab, wellness, and recovery as she helps people to continue doing what they love and pursue their health, fitness, and athletic goals. She helps individuals of all ages to move well and recover from injury, enhance sport performance, and lead an active lifestyle. Jessica is well-versed in orthopedic rehab and sports conditioning, specifically for the CrossFit and weightlifting athletes, in addition to soccer players, runners, and all-around fitness enthusiasts. When she’s not at the gym, you could find her participating in various outdoor activities, searching for a new favorite restaurant or coffee shop, or just simply enjoying the beautiful, Southern California weather with her partner Desiree and pup Aspen.
