Reviews

CrossFit for 8-9 years and had a random issue in my heel, Jessica was able to figure out that problem, along with correcting other problems and habits I would do while I lift that were bad habits. She had me do multiple exercises and movements, some were not fun, but they really helped and eventually I was 100% again. I will be going back if other injuries come up in the future. It was a great experience for me.

Jess is amazing. I am so happy to have her and can't wait to continue to work with her on my back issues. I love that she is helping me to continue my workouts but also keep me in check to make sure I don't do anything more to aggravate my issues.

I had been dealing with shoulder pain for the better part of a year and after trying to rehab on my own I finally reached out for help. In only a 30 minute session with Jess I felt an immediate difference, and left the session with some new movements and treatments to practice. After a couple months of following her advice daily my shoulder is pain free! I couldn’t recommend her more!

Jess is absolutely amazing. I come to her with aches and pains and always leave "fixed", refreshed, and ready to go. She's smart, thoughtful, and knows her stuff.

Lawrence, Sep 29

I had experienced chronic shoulder pain for over a year and had previously been treated with cortisone. I completed a movement analysis and then followed the mobility and strength regimen that Dr. Jessica gave me. Two months later and I have better upper thoracic mobility than ever and I am Pain Free.

My physical therapist Jessica is very professional and caring. She is showing me great techniques and exercises that I can do on my own to help get me better. She has helped me feel great improvements in my pain and discomfort after only a few sessions! I would recommend her to everyone that I know!

Dr. Crowder was very thorough with her intake before taking me through active assessment of my pain areas. During the session, she took me through certain tests to get a more specific diagnosis of what was causing my pain. She did scraping and soft tissue work then took me through exercises I could do on my own! Stoked on the amount of info she gave me to help fix my pain.

Jessica is the best!!! She has taken me from not being able to walk to going up two flights of stairs. I had a serious back infection and the Drs didn’t think this was possible. Jessica has motivated me to beat the odds. She is fantastic.

Jessica’s skills, ability and caring way she works with clients is awesome. She has walked with me through injuries and long-standing movement issues and corrected what I had been told by other doctors and therapists was something I would “just have to live with.” She has a unique perspective and creatively thinks outside the box. Her Doctorate gives her a solid foundation along with her personal sports and fitness background. I will continue to work with her - the results are are amazing.
