When I'm not busy treating patients, I'm busy co-founding this very company, MovementX! I'm passionate about developing a community of diverse leaders who can come together and make systemic change in our health care system, while providing you the absolute best care possible! Really fun fact: I can light a match with my toes and am allergic to bananas!

Keaton did a fantastic job accomplishing everything I wanted to do in a 60-minute session. She was on time, respectful of my space, and nice to work with. After the session, she went above and beyond to follow-through with advice, recommendations, and tools to keep my body healthy in the future. The value of the session far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone seeking PT and/or training advice for any reason.

Keaton has been helping me with tendinosis in my elbows, first one then the other (I sometimes overdo it in the gym.) She is extremely knowledgeable and a very effective teacher/communicator (I have made steady process by following her instructions). Keaton is also an interesting and all around delightful person. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I have worked with a lot of physical therapists in the past...none even come close to Keaton! She, and Movementx, are a different level. She really cares about helping you not only heal, but understand how to avoid injury in the future. I’m 5 week’s post-op from my knee replacement, and in such better shape than I thought possible. Highly recommend!

Keaton was kind, communicated well and very professional. As a busy professional, I really appreciated the effective and prompt communication. Feeling better already!

Keaton is just the best! She's professional, knowledgeable, reliable and best of all - she always solves my issue - no matter what it is. I've had many surgeries and consequential injuries and issues and she has figured out how to solve them all - when no one else could. Thank goodness for Keaton!

Keaton listens, empathizes, meets me where i am, determines the issue, troubleshoots, gives encouragement and provides hands-on treatment as well as appropriate exercises to help me. When i started with her, i was limping and in pain. Now I move much more freely. Earlier this week, Keaton came to my home. She saw all my equipment and developed a doable exercise routine so i can strengthen without injuring myself (which i have done countless times going it alone). She took videos of me doing the exercises while instructing me. Priceless!! Today was Day 4 of texting her for accountability. Miracle!! (Did i mention i’m 60 years old? I feel better than i have in decades!)

Keaton quickly and easily identified the cause of my pain, helped create a strategy to resolve it, and gave me self-treatment techniques and education to continue working on it. She was very helpful and accommodating in scheduling and following up as well.

I went to Keaton for some knee pain that had been preventing me from doing my normal workout routine. She gave me an exercise and within a few days, my knee felt completely better, and still does two months later. I saw her about a month after initially seeing her to go over my form when I use weights and to address some back pain. I was convinced that my back pain stemmed from long hours of sitting, but after giving me some pointers on my form during weighted exercises, it's clear that my back pain was coming from my form during workouts. I'm so happy to report that after making adjustments during my workouts, I have NO back pain!! Thank you, Keaton!! Keaton was not only very thorough in her assessment of my pain and gave excellent recommendations, but she was also extremely willing to answer any and all of my questions over e-mail. The two sessions I had were packed with information and recommendations. What's great about Movement-X is the flexibility on session locations-- we met at a local gym and at her house, but we could've gone to a number of different places. She left it up to what was easiest for me. I would recommend Movement-X and Keaton to anyone!

Another excellent session with Dr. Keaton Ray. Keaton is a delightful physical therapist with excellent skills. She provided clear explanations and helpful instructions. I am much improved and grateful for her help.

Keaton was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my shoulder and provided direction on some stretches and exercises to prevent the issue going forward. Session was very helpful and Keaton explained the mechanics of why it happened in a way that was easy to understand.

Dr. Keaton Ray was a vital part of my recovery from a very severe back injury. I am also a physical therapist and injured myself through a combination or work habits and general muscle imbalance. Dr. Ray was able to see me the same day that my severe pain appeared and offer diagnosis and treatments to help alleviate my symptoms. When it was clear that my back injury was more severe than I thought she was extremely efficient and professional in helping me to obtain the diagnostic services I needed so that I could begin my treatment and recovery process. Through her efforts I quickly discovered that I had herniated a disk in my lower back. I was then able to obtain appropriate treatments to curb my pain and begin healing my injury. I am now happy to say that my injury has recovered and I am back working as a physical therapist (and taking much better care of my back). Dr. Ray is clearly an expert in her field and I would highly recommend her for all your PT needs, particularly and spinal injuries you may have.

Keaton has been so helpful in getting me going, again, after a second surgery on my leg. I appreciate all she has done to help me and feel confident with her guidance I will be progressing quickly. Thank you, Keaton!

Patty, Nov 05

For a decade, I’ve been seeing doctors, physical therapists and trainers. I’ve had my fair share of reconstructive procedures and subsequent injuries related to those surgeries. Without doubt, Keaton is the most thorough specialist I have encountered. Often, my injuries are approached with a generalized diagnosis that usually falls short of success in terms of my recovery. This has never been the case with Keaton. She has always gone above and beyond to pinpoint the exact root of my injury and prescribe an effective means of recovery. She takes pride in her craft and it shows. I have total trust in her diagnosis and treatment.
