I have had 2 sessions with Kirsten and both have been worth my time and money. She is smart, well-trained, and, most important to me, a good listener who is able to take what I am telling her and translate it into a home exercise program that is making a positive difference.

I saw Dr. Kupras for some post operative PT wile I was traveling on business. Her treatment was comprehensive and she was able to assist with my flexibility and strength. She also gave me some additional stretches and balance exercises to do at home. She is very professional and has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise.

Kirsten is amazing! I’ve seen her multiple times now and have felt a significant improvement with my pain in my feet and neck. She’s very flexible with her schedule and you get one-on-one treatment. She knows exactly where to address the pain, after the first manual therapy session the bulk of the pain had subsided. She gives you a plan to do at home with pictures so you can duplicate the exercises she has you do at the end of each session. If you suffer from pain please give Kirsten a try, from all the other treatments I’ve received she’s been the only one who has been able to make me pain free.

I contacted Dr. Kupras to address a knee injury I had picked up after starting a new exercise regimen. During our session she was able to figure out how my body mechanics were putting excessive stress on my knee, administer manual treatment and devise an exercise program to permanently correct the issue. My knee is already feeling much better after following the exercise program for a short period. I am a physical therapist myself so it is obvious to me that she is a very well trained and highly professional practitioner. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone for any injury concerns you may have.
