About

Kristen Lattimore, PT, DPT, is a doctor of physical therapy and strength and conditioning specialist in Raleigh, NC. She enjoys combining dry needling for the treatment of pain with corrective exercises to optimize patient movement. Dr. Kristen believes that feeling good comes from high quality movement. Sometimes these changes require small consistent choices that should be part of our routine but some of these movement changes can be rapidly accomplished by choosing the right exercise. Dr. Kristen believes the right exercise can help you pick up your grandchild without pain, increase your golf drive, or have a shorter recovery time following an ironman.

Dr. Kristen offers completely customized physical therapy and strength and conditioning sessions that are tailored to your life and needs in your home or at the gym. Kristen hopes to empower you and help you become more resilient against the demands of life. The demands of life aren't going anywhere so let's conquer them together! 💪🏽
