Lauren Scott, DPT, PT, NCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist and completed her Neurologic Residency training at Siskin Hospital. She is passionate and committed to empowering individuals with vestibular and neurologic conditions to optimize their movement and quality of life.

Lauren's overarching mission is to ensure that individuals have convenient access to high-quality, specialized care in physical therapy. Through Movement X, Lauren offers personalized treatment options tailored to each individual's unique needs. Whether it's in the comfort of their own home, at their workplace, or amidst their favorite outdoor setting, she strives to make care flexible and accessible. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, Lauren worked as a Recreational Therapist. This unique background equips her with a special skill set to help those with neurologic conditions reintegrate into recreational activities seamlessly.

With her prior experience, Lauren has a deep understanding of how recreation intertwines with physical rehabilitation. She excels in guiding individuals with neurologic conditions back to the activities they love, whether it's adapting sports, exploring adaptive recreational opportunities, or simply finding joy in leisure activities. By combining her expertise in physical therapy and recreational therapy, she not only fosters physical recovery but also nurtures mental and emotional well-being, enhancing the overall quality of life for her clients.
