As an avid athlete growing up, Lauren Lynass PT, DPT spent many afternoons following cross country and track practice in the athletic training room trying to manage her shin splints. It wasn't until her coach suggested she try physical therapy that she even looked up what physical therapy was. After a few sessions with her physical therapist, Dr. Lauren Lynass quickly learned the healing power of the human body and has been able to continue to run pain-free even to this day!
She currently lives in South Carolina with her husband, Sam and their fur baby, Fenton. They like to keep things interesting and live full-time in their Airstream Travel Trailer taking it out for the occasional weekend trip and enjoying the flexibility of minimalist living! When Dr. Lauren Lynass isn't spending time with her wonderful clients, you can find her with her running shoes laced to her feet, snuggled up in the hammock enjoying a good book, working on a new YouTube video for her travel trailer channel, or working in her garden.
