Aside from her clinical work, patient care and teaching, Lea loves exploring the Northwest and greater travel abroad with her family along with hiking and outdoor activities with her dog. As an adventurous, athletic traveler, she loves to experience other cultures, experiencing different people from all over the world and searches for beautiful landscapes to walk, hike and cycle through. As a certified advanced open water diver she loves to explore the "other world" here on our planet, the ocean and particularly swimming with sharks and floating along reefs observing Octopuses. Optimal Movement allows her to do this, living her best life and she wants to help others live their best life, whatever that may be.
