About

Meredith is a registered nurse, a personal trainer, and most importantly, a wellness advocate. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2007 with a BS in Psychology and graduated from VCU in 2011 with a BS in Nursing. 

With her passion for health and wellness flourishing, she went on to get certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) to practice Personal Training, Health Coaching, and Functional Training. She offers mobile personal training services with MovementX to help people achieve their health and fitness goals in the comfort of their own homes, or wherever they prefer to meet. 

Meredith is a lead instructor with AgeProof Your Body, a program developed in collaboration between MovementX and NVFP for older adults. AgeProof exemplifies how movement can change lives, bringing newfound beliefs, abilities, and accomplishments to those who put in the work.

45-minute Training Sessions:

  • Single Session - $150 per session
  • 4 Pack- $145 per session
  • 8 Pack- $140 per session

Group sessions are available, and the pricing base will remain the same with an added $55 per additional person per session.


Fun Facts

Meredith lives in Falls Church, VA with her husband and 2 cats. She teaches group fitness classes, with indoor cycling and powerlifting as her main passions. She enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, reading, cooking, and crafting. She loves biking over to Nationals Park for baseball games when the weather is nice. Go Nats!!

Meredith has played some interesting sports including Rugby and Roller Derby. She comes from a large family, and lands last as the youngest of 8. She has 13 nieces and nephews! Family gatherings are always something to look forward to.

Meredith is awesome at tailoring the workout to meet our needs. One of us is 63 and the other is 87. Yes 87! We do the same workout but modified to each of our physical abilities. She is constantly adjusting for our aches and pains as they occur so we can keep on track with regularly scheduled 2x a week sessions. Really can’t say enough about how much this has helped us improve our wellbeing.

Our sessions with Meredith are a welcome relief and release of energy during the pandemic. We socially distance and mask as needed to make it work. T would be so easy to miss but the value is more than the workout. A constructive activity when there is so much isolation has proved to be so healthy. Highly recommend Meredith.

Working with Meredith has been a life changing experience. We have a family session ages 63 to 88. All of us have improved chronic aches and pains with targeted work the strengthen those areas. Every session is varied to keep it from being repetitive.

I had 4 sessions with Meredith and she was great! I want to get stronger and improve bone density. She listened to what I wanted and was very encouraging and approachable. She took time to demonstate each exercise and spent time outside our sessions putting together workout programs that I can now do on my own. She included links to YouTube videos that show the different exercises. This is super helpful. I definitely give Meredith 5 stars!
