Meredith is a registered nurse, a personal trainer, and most importantly, a wellness advocate. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2007 with a BS in Psychology and went on to graduate from VCU in 2011 with a BS in Nursing.
With her passion for health and wellness flourishing, she went on to get certified through American Council on Exercise (ACE) to practice Personal Training, Health Coaching, Sports Nutrition, and Functional Training. She offers mobile personal training services with MovementX to help people achieve their health and fitness goals in the comfort of their own homes, or wherever they prefer to meet.
Meredith is heavily involved with the AgeProof Your Body program developed in collaboration between MovementX and NVFP. AgeProof exemplifies how movement can change lives, bringing newfound beliefs, abilities, and accomplishments to those who put in the work. Meredith is excited to help her clients meet new potentials through her training sessions!

Meredith lives in Falls Church, VA with her husband and 2 cats. In her spare time, she teaches group fitness classes, with indoor cycling as her main passion. She otherwise enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and crafting. She loves biking to Nationals Park for baseball games when the weather is nice. Go Nats!!
Meredith has played some interesting sports including Rugby and Roller Derby. She comes from a large family, and lands last as the youngest of 8. She has 12 nieces and nephews! Family gatherings are always something to look forward to.
Meredith is awesome at tailoring the workout to meet our needs. One of us is 63 and the other is 87. Yes 87! We do the same workout but modified to each of our physical abilities. She is constantly adjusting for our aches and pains as they occur so we can keep on track with regularly scheduled 2x a week sessions. Our sessions with Meredith are a welcome relief and release of energy during the pandemic. We socially distance and mask as needed to make it work. I had 4 sessions with Meredith and she was great! I want to get stronger and improve bone density. She listened to what I wanted and was very encouraging and approachable. She took time to demonstate each exercise and spent time outside our sessions putting together workout programs that I can now do on my own.
