I moved to Washington, DC from Arizona. My happy place is the outdoors, where I have fallen in love with adventurous hiking, camping, kayaking and the being near the sea. I've treated patients in 3 different countries and 4 different states. I've been skydiving and scuba diving in the same weekend, and I would happily eat Mexican food for every meal of the day.
Mikaila is awesome! I have never gone through any PT prior to this. Mikaila came in and immediately put me at ease. She is helping me regain my range of motion in my arm and I could feel a difference after our first session.Kirby, Sep 08
Mikaila was incredible! Right away, she made me feel comfortable in the space, and she really took her time assessing me. After a comprehensive assessment of my injury, Mikaila showed me exercises to do and encouraged me when I became frustrated with how weak I had become. Then she did some lymphatic massage and guasha to help relieve some of the swelling and inflammation around the area of my injury. Overall, I left my first session feeling much better, and excited to see Mikaila again. Today I got an email with a full review of what we did, including pictures of the exercises she wanted me to do. Mikaila has a wonderful energy and really cares about her patients.Jillian, Sep 12
I would highly recommend Mikhaila! She is compassionate and listens carefully to your needs to ensure her treatment plan will provide you with the best possible results. She is knowledgeable and highly trained, and has the expertise to administer a wide range of services, including dry needling for concussion-related or chronic headaches. She is supportive and committed to helping you reach your goals and recover your quality of life. Her care extends beyond your appointment with check ins to see how you are doing, exercises to help you between appointments, and follow up to see if she can be of further assistance. With Mikhaila, you will feel like you are being well taken care of at all times.Victoria, Oct 11
