About

Meike Marshall graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 and has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics. In August 2019 Meike passed the exam for Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) with the IPA (Institute of Physical Art). As a CFMT, Meike specializes in treating each patient's body as a unit, as opposed to looking at individual joints only. This helps finding the underlying cause of an injury as opposed to just treating the symtoms patients present with.

Reviews

I would recommend Meike Marshall to anyone. Meike is a throwback to a time when doctors and physical therapists actually took a vested interest in making sure you reach your goals of recovery. She is attentive and holds you accountable for doing your part to ensure that you compliment the work she does on your body. But she is 100% committed to helping you get better and you can feel it. She actually enjoys the work that she does and it shows.

Great session where we figured out some things and seem to have a good plan.
