**Not accepting new clients at this time.**The beautiful part about physical therapy is that if there is something you're passionate about, you can find clients that need you for that specific reason. As I discovered a love for fitness and wellness in my own life, I grew my practice to emphasize movement as medicine and prioritize having the tools necessary for taking care of one's best self. My years of diverse patient cases in a variety of settings have evolved my practice to include a mix of education, exercise, hands-on, personalized, one-on-one care that I would love to share with you.Tell me your goals, lets get together, and let's move! 📍District of Columbia 📍Northern Virginia

Unlike most people who decide to become physical therapist after a positive experience as a patient in physical therapy, I have never actually been a physical therapy patient! I discovered my love of physical therapy when I was at the University of Michigan volunteering for a student organization that raised funds for pediatric rehabilitation. Once I saw how physical therapists could use their energy and creativity to directly impact the lives of their patients on a daily basis, I knew this was the career for me.
As someone who has gone to physical therapy on and off for the past three years for back pain, Lola was the first clinician who was able to affect such immediate and lasting change in a fraction of the time I'd spent with other therapists. She is thorough, professional, and ensured that I knew exactly how to progress and move forward to returning to exercise and my activity level. She was incredibly flexible and responsive with scheduling, really highlighting the flexibility and quality of MovementX.
Ryan, Apr 12I did a session with Lola in my home. I just had a baby so this was extremely helpful and convenient! In the appointment, we covered a lot of postpartum care/recovery and movement to help with diastasis recti. She educated me on a lot just in the first meeting. She followed up with materials for me and wrote up exercises for me to do at home. It was an awesome first session!
