I'm a military spouse and had the pleasure of getting to live in Hawaii for 3+ years while teaching rooftop yoga and fitness classes and living on a canal.
Sarah is an excellent, professional coach highly sensitive to client abilities and limitations. Happy to have Sarah as my pre-surgical and post surgical coach!
Thomas, May 18Sarah is terrific. Not only does she have the technical skills —- really knows her stuff, but she has what I’ll describe as a very productive bedside manner. Sarah has been working with my wife, who is resistant to most things physical, for about two months* and has been quite persuasive. I admire her patience. * Limited sessions with Fred earlier in the year were also very satisfactory. Sam Rothman
Sam, Jul 09Sarah continues to provide excellent service and advice to my wife.
Sam, Oct 14Sarah is a wonderful provider! I was having prenatal issues with my back and hips and she took the time to address all my needs. She also provided a comprehensive exercise plan to get me back to feeling like myself again.
Heidi, Oct 19This was my first time ever doing pelvic floor therapy and I was looking for someone who could help with vaginismus. Sarah was easy to talk to, friendly, made me feel comfortable and stayed so professional over the entire treatment plan. She helped ease my fears and really broke down (step by step) ways to improve my condition. She gave me so much more confidence and played a huge part in getting me to the point where I could be pain free. She’s truly awesome and I’m so thankful for all her help and care!
