Dr. Sarah Guenzburger (she/her) is a Physical Therapist, located in Central Oregon. She has been working in the PT industry for over a decade, starting as a tech, attending 7 years of school to obtain her doctorate, and then working as a clinician for over 5 years.

She has worked in a variety of settings, including Outpatient Hospital Based with Kessler Rehabilitation, Independent and Assisted Living Facilities, Occupational Health Urgent Care, General Outpatient, and Outpatient Orthopedic PT.  Her treatment plans focus on an exercise routine created specifically for you, with manual techniques to help you move better. I am so grateful I found Sarah and MovementX. I was struggling with some shoulder pain that rest wasn't helping. Acupuncture helped some, but in the first session, Sarah was able to pinpoint where the issue was coming from and give me stretches and techniques to work on to actually fix the root cause of the problem. Next time I won't wait for months when I know her techniques can help me heal much faster. As a pole dancer and very active person, I push my body pretty hard, and Sarah has an unparalleled expertise in how to treat and prevent injury. She will definitely be my go-to moving forward and I recommend her for anyone dealing with any kind of pain if you want to actually get results quickly and prevent the injury from coming back.

Sarah was absolutely fantastic! She was kind, engaging and enthusiastic about helping me improve my shoulder. She gave me hope and set me on the right path to wellness. Very appreciative! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. A true professional and excellent PT!

Dr. Sarah Guenzburger has become an integral coach to my personal health, and also to my clients. We are so grateful to have her here in Central Oregon! Do your body mind and soul a favor, and book with her.

Sarah is amazing. She is empathetic and mindful and tailors each session to fit my needs at that time. She keeps me moving and is focused on helping me reach my goals.

Sarah is seriously one of the best doctors I’ve worked with! She’s incredibly thorough and great at explaining the mechanics of your body. Really helped me understand what was going on with my knee/ankle and how to build strength around it. So glad I saw her before jumping through a million hoops for unnecessary imaging and surgery in my case. Can’t wait to keep working with her.

Megan, Nov 10

Before meeting Sarah, I'd never worked with a PT before. I've been a regular when it comes to chiropractic, massage, and more recently, acupuncture, but PT wasn't something I thought I "needed." Boy was I wrong! In the three short months I've been working with Sarah, she's helped me identify the cause of my chronic shoulder pain and start to resolve it. She has helped me with exercises that will specifically strengthen what I've always called my "weak" ankles due to past injuries. And, she has helped with acute pain as well. I'm a believer when it comes to Sarah, and you will be too!

Jessica, Nov 27

I have seen Sarah for physical therapy following two different sports related injuries. I enjoyed her willingness to teach about anatomy and how it related to my body. She was compassionate when I needed it and and motivating when it was time to put the reps in. I would definitely recommend Sarah Guenzburger for anyone seeking physical therapy.

Sarah is an amazing PT! She is always so encouraging. I came in for headaches and the neck exercises Sarah provided have given me so much relief

Veronica, Jan 25

Working with Sarah Guenzburger has been life altering, no joke. She is professional and friendly, and always answers my questions with patience and helpful information. I sometimes get stuck or bored with certain exercises and she always has another idea for me to try, keeping my activities fresh and challenging. I have made a lot of progress "evening out" my body with her guidance and my lower back pain is all but a figment of my past memories. I am grateful for SarahG's expertise and will continue to look to her for support.

Diana, Jan 25

Sarah is knowable & educated in the types of movements I’m striving for as an aerialist and thorough in her assessments. Super excited to feel progress.
