I believe that all people should have availability to quality care. Rehabilitation and conditioning should make sense, not just to your healthcare professional, but to YOU. I will work with you to not only get better, but understand how to get YOU back to YOUR activity stronger and smarter than before. Whether that means returning to your sport, resuming your weekend hikes, or simply being able to perform housework without pain,
Since graduating from Boston University in 2015, I have focused my work in outpatient orthopedics and sports care. But besides my clinical practice, I am persistent in updating my knowledge base by consistently reassessing the most recent research. So, how can I help get you better?

I have competed my entire life in sports: basketball, baseball, soccer, and football. After an ACL tear in 2009, I picked up long distance running for 7 years, enjoying 2 half marathons and a multitude of 5km, 10km, and 15kms. Currently I compete in Olympic weightlifting and strive to keep/regain my records for the state of Oregon.
I fell my session with Steven was excellent. He listened to me about my injury and took notes. We went through a series of range of motion exercises to evaluate the injury. I had a confidence that Steven understood my situation and goals. Then Steven lead me through a number of exercises to work on building specific strength. I left the session feeling very positive about the program Steven developed for me and my road to recovery. Overall, I was very pleased and felt I made the right choice in selecting Movement X and Steven for my Physical Therapy needs.Roddy, Aug 19
