Dr. Zoe Pond-McPherson is a physical therapist in Washington, DC. She graduated from The George Washington University with her doctorate in physical therapy. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, she worked as an investment operations analyst, moved to the Philippines for two years for her husband's job, and competed in the CrossFit Games.

She is passionate about keeping people moving throughout their lifespan, which is what guided her towards pelvic health. She found many individuals stopped running and lifting because of incontinence and pelvic pain. She has completed many advanced pelvic health courses including female athlete coursework, return to run postpartum, male and female pelvic floor focusing on incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain.

Zoe believes that physical therapy care extends far beyond physical treatment, and enjoys helping people build sustainable habits to keep them moving throughout their lifespan. She is passionate about merging the gap between physical therapy and strength and conditioning so that people leave stronger, faster, and more confident in their abilities.
